Covenant seeks to employ passionate Christian staff of a reformed evangelical persuasion, who are keen to explore and develop their practice faithfully.

We welcome applications from suitably qualified, experienced and active Christian candidates who are keen to join our school and to develop an approach to education that is Christ-centred, biblically grounded, culturally engaging and academically rigorous. Secondary Chemistry Teacher

The Chemistry teacher will be directly responsible to the Science Coordinator. The class teacher is responsible for implementing the vision and mission of the school in the context of the classroom and other areas of the school in which they work. They should strive to understand the curriculum they teach and to communicate the content from a Christian perspective in an age appropriate manner. 

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS 
•  Permanent full-time position (1.0FTE)
•  Commence with our preparation week, 20 January 2020

KEY REQUIREMENTS 
• Committed Christian, of a reformed evangelical persuasion
• Suitably qualified for the teaching position
• Ability to teach Chemistry essential
• Ability to teach Physics desirable
• Be a team member
